16 Eagle Security & Armed Services clerical staff and security personnel are state licensed and have met all qualifications required by the state of Florida to work as security officers. In addition to state certified training, our company also requires our guards to complete response training courses. These courses equip them to deescalate violent situations and builds their awareness to potential crime. These training tools allow our guards to quickly respond to high stressful situations in a professional and calm manner. By having these additional skill sets our security officers remain alert and continuously operate at a high level of awareness while on duty. 16 Eagle Security field officers and clerical staff are required to have a minimum of two year’s security experience prior to being hired. We also prefer that our security personnel have customer service experience as well. This allows us to provide our clients with professional Security Officers who take pride in making the community safe without falling short of our company standard: to always provide a phenomenal customer service experience.
