Our company, 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC is a state licensed and insured private security agency, located here in the Central, Florida area. From commercial plazas, hotels and office buildings, to high end retail establishments, we specialize in providing the maximum standard of private security for your business.
All our clerical staff and security personnel are state licensed and have met all qualifications required by the state of Florida to work as security officers. In addition to state certified training, our company also requires our guards to complete response training courses. These courses equip them to deescalate violent situations and builds their awareness to potential crime. These training tools allow our guards to quickly respond to high stressful situations in a professional and calm manner. By having these additional skill sets our security officers remain alert and continuously operate at a high level of awareness while on duty. 16 Eagle Security field officers and clerical staff are required to have a minimum of two year’s security experience prior to being hired. We also prefer that our security personnel have customer service experience as well. This allows us to provide our clients with professional Security Officers who take pride in making the community safe without falling short of our company standard: to always provide a phenomenal customer service experience.

16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC offers complementary, supervisory personnel to insure strict adherence to our policies and your company’s rules, regulations and ordinances. 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC supervisors are utilized as a liaison between 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC and our clients. Supervisors are on duty 24 hours a day, 7-days a week for your convenience and regularly make spot checks to prevent any issues of complacency. It is our belief that to assure the best quality of service, we maintain close relationships with our personnel both on and off duty. Therefore, at 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC all our security guards are equipped with two-way radios or the equivalent to ensure constant communication with our management team. Each security officer will be in-serviced regularly regarding your specific site to further enhance the protection we provide.
Supervision:
16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC Supervisors are required to possess a minimum of 7 years of security experience. Our supervisors are charged with scheduling, assigning security posts, and acting as liaison between the Management Team and our client. Supervisory personnel are available to clients 24 hours a day in order maintain quality assurance and customer service on behalf of 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC. 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC provides company marked vehicles to all our supervisorial staff. Once a contract for hire is established, our supervisorial staff will make random daily visits to service your location. This a complementary service that adds an additional body to our clients site and mobile patrol services periodically throughout the day; which enhances our company’s ability to provide our clients with the maximum level of security and protection services.
