16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC will provide you with certified, licensed and insured Security Guards. Each Security Professional has been equipped to meet the standards of the United States government. The placement of our security guards is what generally places 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC in the position to confidently describe the implementation of our security guard project as authentic. Our security guards are trained to make visible foot patrols throughout their posts in undetermined patterns. We encourage our personnel to interact with your patrons and employees in addition to standing a fixed post.
Experience:
Our field Officers and office staff have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the security and protection industry coupled with customer service experience as well, prior to their employment with our company. For 16 Eagle Security not only takes pride in actively working in the community as a deterrent against violence and crime, but also in providing an outstanding customer service experience to everyone who interacts with us.
Training:
Our security officers are state licensed and have met all state requirements to work as a security officer (i.e. Criminal Background Check, Fingerprinting, Educational Training, and Physical from a medical doctor) along with our company standard requirements (i.e. random drug testing, monthly safety training, quarterly background checks, CPR certifications, skill assessments, etc.). Our goal as a company is to provide you with top notch security officers who are well rounded in customer service along with having an extensive background in crime prevention. Our Security personnel and Clerical Staff have also undergone a series of high stress simulated scenarios and they have been prepared on how to govern themselves and continue to protect our client’s employees and their businesses if similar situations were to arise.
16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC conducts training that exceeds any of our competitor’s programs. The knowledge of our management team is passed on to our new employees and in addition to the state mandated certification courses, 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC personnel must attend:
- 40-hour Patrol Techniques & Criminal Law Seminar
- 16-hour Customer Service Seminar
- Weekly Stress Scenario Skill Training
General Health and Wellbeing – Security Officers shall be:
- All employees shall be in good overall physical and psychological health that they are able to perform all duties.
- All employees shall maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
*All records of physical examinations shall be provided or made available for inspection by an authorized County representative. All HIPAA guidelines will be followed in the review and release of medical or psychological records on any employee.
Uniforms:
Our uniformed security guards are outfitted with police type uniforms. Our corporate policy, requires our personnel keep their uniforms pressed and clean at all times. Their shoes are polished and men are clean shaven with neat haircuts. Our female officers are held to the same standard.
We pride ourselves on the appearance of our personnel, as they are representing our agency in your facilities. Our uniform shirts have the company name embroidered on the left chest and right shoulder, making it easy to identify or officers while on duty. Field officers will also be wearing company badges along with a security badge and insignias in visible locations on their security uniform. This helps with identifying our officers at night were lighting is minimal or during daylight.
