16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC has taken a unique approach to the business of contracted security. Many of our competitors employ minimally screened and trained guards. Our approach involves a proactive theory of well-groomed, exceptionally trained, uniformed security guards. Our strategy entails several steps to mitigate the possibility and opportunity for theft of property, or injury to persons within the facility. The quality we bring to your environment begins long before you see our security guards. The Management Staff at 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC has resolved to make the recruitment and training of our personnel the key to our success. We conduct hiring initiatives on a regular basis with over 150 applicants per month, nevertheless we only average 5 new appointees monthly due to the fact that most applicants are unable to meet our strict qualifications; which are equivalent to the United States Government Secret Clearance Program.

Hiring Requirements:
  • Age: All employees shall be age 19 years or older.
  • Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or its equivalent. (GED)
  • Citizenship: Shall be a citizen of the United States or possess the necessary authorization fromthe INS, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and regulations thereto.
  • Recognition Skills: Shall be able to read identification badges, credentials, and labels.
  • Physical/Strength Requirements: Shall be able to walk, sit, stand, lift, and/or bend throughout ashift. Security Officers who perform physical searches of baggage shall be able to open and close latches, zippers, and screw caps; remove or feel beneath the baggage contents; and reach all sides and compartments of the bag. If necessary, Security Officers who perform pat down or hand-held metal detection searches of persons shall be able to reach all parts of the person with a hand-held metal detection device. Applicants shall be able to lift, carry, a maximum weight of 40 pounds.
  • Sight/color distinguishing ability: Shall be able to distinguish color used in visual displays or badges, specifically red, green, blue, and yellow.
  • Hearing Capacity: Security Officers shall be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice, audible alarms, and telephone calls in an operational setting.
  • Language R: Security Officers shall be able to read, speak and carry out instructions in spoken (oral) and written English.3.3 Background and Criminal History Checks:Prior history is a good predictor of future performance. 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC utilizes the volunteered information provided by applicants to perform extensive background checks on all its potential employees. We use tools such as Criminal Record Checks, Prior Employment Verifications, Education Verification, License Verifications, Drug Screening and other research tools to reveal potential problem areas. Through careful and wise use of the information obtained in complete background checks, employers greatly reduce or eliminate the risk of internal theft and problem employees by avoiding individuals who exaggerate or falsify credentials on resumes and job applications.All prospective employees shall be required to successfully pass the background investigation.
