In exchange for the consideration of my job application by 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC (also referred to as “the Company”), I Agree that:

I understand and agree that filling out this application does not confer me any rights of employment with the Company. Neither theacceptance of this application nor the subsequent entry into any type of employment relationship, either in the position applied for or any other position, and regardless of the contents of employee handbooks, personnel manuals,benefit plans, policy statements, and the like as they may exist from time to time, or other Company practices, shall serve to create an actual or implied contract of employment, or to confer any right to remain an employee of 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services, LLC for any particular period of time. Ialso understand and agree that no employee or representative of the Company,regardless of their position, has the authority to make any verbal promises,commitments or statements of any kind at any time regarding my employment,compensation or any other terms and conditions of my employment, that arelegally binding on the Company.
