Human resources Manager is the leader of 16 Eagle Security & Armed Services human resources team. They coordinate the people who recruit and initially interview new employees. In addition to handling staffing issues, human resource managers work with top executives to set codes of conduct for the company, review ethics policies, oversee disciplinary action, negotiate and review employee benefit policies and insurance, and facilitate conflict resolution between employees. This team member is familiar with equal opportunity laws, and watchful over sexual harassment policies and any other unfair treatment in the workplace.
